Write Right Resume

What is a Write Right Resume ©
and What Isn’t It ?

Write Right Resume ©  is not a one size fits all but fits nothing Internet document.

Write Right Resume ©  is not intended as a one-size-fits-all interface document.

To get any job ... much less your Right Job ©* you have to show  the perspective employer, you are able to provide the right package of services, labor and knowledge, that meets the needs of that specific employer and that position, and to do that better than those with whom you compete for that position.

Resumes do not make that connection. There are better ways.

Resumes do not do this work well, especially as a job interface documents.

Resumes do not work in your best interest. They cause you to be rejected for unknown reasons, because they are dependent on the unknown mindset of the viewer or the software that sees them. Likely you have already experienced that.

Write Right Resume © is right when it is specifically prepared in our format and is prepared to meet the requirements of a single job description with a particular employer. Write Right Resume © is more effective than any other and is right when you have prepared all the advance steps so that you can include only what they viewer wants to see and leave out what they do not want to see to meet the requirements of “To Get A Job”.

This requires that you are well enough informed to prepare a single focused document that accomplishes that. It takes more than Google and more than Monster.com. Still it is a resume and has a high rejection rate.

As Right as a Write Right Resume © is, there is one better job interface document, our effective interface document, a JSCT T-Letter © , and we’ll show you how to use it to your benefit, to set yourself apart from those with whom you complete for a position as part of our overall package.

You are able to show that particular employer that you are able to provide just what they need, what they are looking for, the right package of services, labor and knowledge, that meet the needs of that specific employer and that position, and that  you can do that better than those with whom you compete for that position.

To do that you have to know how to do that and you have to be prepared, well informed about the position and the company, which is more than just the job description from the internet. You have to know the company and the person who receives the resume. This requires research and networking. Then you can prepare a document in our particular effective format that will show you are the solution to their need, not just another resume to reject. So you can avoid the trap of resume failure rate.

The best way? Is to use our “JSCT T-Letter” which sets you apart from all with whom you complete for that position. It causes the perspective employer to see you as a solution to their needs and wants but not a reject. They see you as a  someone whom they want to interview and not just another resume reject or a liability.

The benefit for you is that you are not the victim of a missed opportunity because you did not connect.

Helping you do this positively and effectively is what we teach and mentor.

You can learn how to do this and to receive our one on one coaching help as you apply what you’ve learned. Equip yourself. Do our 7 Step program.
